Immediately upon walking into R. House, one of Baltimore's most famous neighborhood food halls, all of your senses will be heightened. With stalls ranging from homemade arepas to Korean barbecue to authentic brick oven pizza, you can’t help but be bombarded with delicious culinary aromas.
But for Farid Salloum, CFO of Arba Mediterranean — Chief Falafel Officer, that is — the vast array of choices means that in order to attract business, Arba’s menu offering, branding and customer experience must outshine its competition who are quite literally feet away. The solution was to design an eye-catching, yet straight-forward menu with clear-cut instructions on how to order, to help customers avoid the mealtime-decision paralysis that R. House patrons often encounter.
